About Me

I grew up between Paris and the South of France, surrounded by the beauty of nature. Thirty years ago, I moved to Chicago, where I raised my family and worked as a freelance interpreter at the immigration court.

After facing personal health challenges, I chose to finally follow the path that had always called me: becoming an herbalist. I trained in phytotherapy and herbalism at IMDERPLAM Herbalism School in Montpellier, France (2021–2024), where I studied botany, herbal tea formulation, and the art of connecting Western herbal medicine with Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I am not a medical doctor. My services do not diagnose, treat, or cure disease. The information shared is for educational purposes only. Please consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical advice.

My Approach

Herbalism, for me, is about prevention, respect for nature, and helping people find balance in their daily lives with the support of plants.

Why I Work This Way?

I believe in making wellness simple and accessible. Instead of leaving with just advice, you’ll leave with your own herbal allies — already blended and ready to support you. It would be delivered to your door once the assessment is made.

This isn’t about products on a shelf. It’s about a holistic experience where your consultation and your herbs are woven together into one nurturing bundle.
